La seva conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia immediata \u00e9s una discapacitat per sentir-hi, que implica un d\u00e8ficit en l\u2019acc\u00e9s al llenguatge oral.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019audici\u00f3 \u00e9s la principal via a trav\u00e9s de la qual es desenvolupa el llenguatge i la parla. L&#8217;objectiu: que la persona amb discapacitat auditiva pugui desenvolupar amb m\u00e9s facilitat i m\u00e9s naturalment totes les seves capacitats i habilitats cognitives, comunicatives i ling\u00fc\u00edstiques, i accedir a millors opcions vocacionals i laborals.<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]\n<h2><span style=\"color: #3da6bb;\">Detecci\u00f3, diagn\u00f2stic i tractament<\/span><\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]\n<h4>Cal fer una exploraci\u00f3 auditiva per avaluar la resposta de l&#8217;o\u00efda mitjana i interna del pacient davant un est\u00edmul sonor espec\u00edfic. Una de les proves per identificar el grau de p\u00e8rdua d&#8217;audici\u00f3 \u00e9s l&#8217;<strong>audiometria tonal.<\/strong> Aquesta prova implica la determinaci\u00f3 dels llindars auditius, que plasma en un <strong>audiograma<\/strong> la representaci\u00f3 gr\u00e0fica del nivell de p\u00e8rdua auditiva en totes dues o\u00efdes.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Existeixen altres proves fonamentals per al diagn\u00f2stic de la hipoac\u00fasia, com les proves de diapas\u00f3, ideals per distingir entre hipoac\u00fasia neurosensorial i conductiva. A m\u00e9s, la impedanciometria, que avalua la resist\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;o\u00efda mitjana a un est\u00edmul sonor, proporciona informaci\u00f3 valuosa sobre la pressi\u00f3 en aquesta zona de l&#8217;o\u00efda, la mobilitat del timp\u00e0, la continu\u00eftat sonora i altres par\u00e0metres crucials per establir un diagn\u00f2stic prec\u00eds.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>En el cas dels infants, per detectar la sordesa primerenca, s&#8217;acostuma a fer la prova de <strong>Potencials Evocats Auditius de Tronc Cerebral<\/strong> (PEATC).
